The Emancipation of Maude

This is Maude. She has spent her life feeling disenfranchised in many aspects, and rightly so. After coming to the realization that she was the only one to change this, she worked hard to find her way out of the maze of pain she had endured for so long, only leaving behind the parts that she no longer needed to carry with her. She began to trust herself and in the meaning of her name ‘Powerful Battler’. She freed herself from the restraints she had place on herself and those she had allowed others to place on her and began again.

Maude is dressed in head to toe jewel adorned clothing, symbolizing armour.
The trusted birds showing the way out and holding the compass. Her shoulder is hollow, representing what she needed to leave behind. Maude looks like royalty.

Our battles, whether we win or lose, are there to help us figure ourselves out.
