A new series of work called ‘7 Days’, depicting the days of the week, the struggles they bring and the strength that comes along to help us through.

As the sun thinks about setting on another weekend, a familiar feeling of unease begins to creep in. Sunday evening anxiety, a mix of anticipation and dread, settles in Alice’s chest. Thoughts of the week ahead flood her mind, overwhelming her with a sense of unease.

She tries to find solace in the remaining hours of the weekend, seeking comfort in simple pleasures. Yet, the anxiety persists, coming up on her like an out of control car. She hides and takes deep breaths, reminding herself to stay grounded and focused though the weight of the week feels heavy.

Alice has angels and help to carry the weight. Though the anxiety is real, she refuses to let it consume her. She reminds herself that she have overcome countless Mondays before, and will do so again with resilience and determination.
